Rent is calculated at 25 - 28% of income and captures a maximum rental assistance. Bond can be paid in instalments. Boarding house program provides accommodation for women in small 1 bed units and bedsits, 1 - 6 month waiting list. Long term program for families requiring 2/3 bedroom houses. Long waiting list of 3 years plus.
