Coordinating existing and where possible creating new services to respond to community needs. Information, support and referrals provided. The program is for any person seeking support, information and/or referral. Support work is offered on a wide range of issues including: ?family ?youth ?parenting ?relationship ?grief and loss ?drug, alcohol and other addictions ?budgeting and financial ?domestic violence ?employment ?emergency relief for food, travel, accommodation and medical (subject to conditions) The following services are available: ?confidential, individual and family support ?adult literacy ?skills enhancement ?life skills ?respite care ?disability respite ?work with support groups ?vocational care and limited hours day care ?legal advice and information via videoconferencing ?video conference facilities ?access to counsellor and social worker ?child protection A Legal Aid Queensland Community Access Point ?provides a range of support services ?has current information about the services Legal Aid Queensland provides ?is in regular contact with LAQ, and ?will assist people to access legal advice
