Daytime sessions require an appointment. No legal advice provided over the phone. (Please note: Caxton Legal Centre can usually arrange FREE translators for day time appointments with a minimum of one week's notice). Caxton Legal Centre is an independent, non-profit community organisation providing FREE legal and social work advice, assistance and referral for the general public. The services provided are for people who cannot afford a solicitor, for people who just want initial advice, or for people who want a referral to a private solicitor. Assistance provided in most areas of law except immigration, conveyancing and some large commercial matters. Day time appointment times are set aside for those unable to attend the evening sessions due to age, disability, child care or some other specific reason.
