The Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) is an independent Tribunal set up by the Commonwealth Government to deal with complaints about: - superannuation funds, - annuities and deferred annuities; and - Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA's) It does this through: - conciliation to try to resolve the complaint, but where this is not possible conducts a formal review of the decision(s) or conduct to which the complaint relates. Complaints registration forms are available online. Some assistance provided with forms. Basic information issued on rights and responsibilities of agencies.
