YFS is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers a range of services to the people of Logan and beyond; catering to people who are disadvantaged, vulnerable or need assistance to meet the challenges of our complex society. Services for young people: YFS are experienced in helping young people deal with school and education, training and employment, family, housing, drug and alcohol use, legal matters and sexuality. Services for people with a disability: YFS provides services for people with disabilities to improve their social connections and independence. Information about the NDIS. Domestic and Family Violence programs for victims and perpetrators. Family counselling and support is available including practical help with school enrolments and housing applications. Other programs include Managing money and debts - Accommodation assistance including some self managed properties, community legal service (by appointment), Mental health and wellbeing support and community education about all programs.

YFS works with everyone in Logan City including children and young people, families, adult men and women, young mothers and young men, older people, people with a disability, people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. YFS works with people to build their livelihoods and sustain their emotional, social, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Services are: Domestic Violence, Youth Education and Training, Early Childhood Support, Families and Relationships, Housing and Tenancy, Youth Legal Service, Community Health and Logan Legal Advice Centre.
