'Have your say'

Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs)

The patient reported experience survey will ask patients and parents/carers about their recent experience with the care they/their child received at the hospital.

This feedback will help us find out what we are doing well and what can be improved.

'How do you feel?'

Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs)

The patient reported outcomes survey will ask patients about their health outcomes, symptoms and the impact their illness or condition has on their quality of life.

Your survey responses will help us better support your treatment needs and care.

From mid-November 2024 to April 2025, patients, parents and carers will not receive any online, statewide Queensland Health patient experience or outcome measures surveys as we are moving to a new survey system. However, hospitals and health services may ask for feedback about the care and treatment provided in other local surveys during this period.
