Patient Reported Measures (PRMs) are surveys that help us to understand what matters most to patients. They also help us to find out how the care we deliver can be improved to provide better outcomes and experiences for patients. There are 2 types of PRMs: Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs), and Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs).
Patients and parents/carers of young patients may receive a text message (SMS) from Queensland Health asking them to answer some questions in an online PREM or PROM survey. The questions will be about healthcare received from a Queensland Health health service. Click on the link in the SMS to start the survey and share your feedback. Your feedback will be secure and confidential.
Taking part in the online surveys is optional. Your or your child’s hospital care and treatment will not be affected if you choose not to take part.
