Witnessing a National Mortgage Form

The National Mortgage Form (NMF) was introduced in 2017, replacing the Form 2 Mortgage. This module provides you with an overview of the NMF, its content and why Queensland, like other states and territories, have moved to this standardised format. You can access more information about witnessing a National Mortgage Form in chapter 4.11 of the Justices of the Peace Handbook or Commissioner for Declarations handbook.
