Witnessing enduring documents

Important changes to the law underpinning Queensland’s Guardianship system have been made. These changes impact on your role as a witnessing officer. In this module we provide information about the new forms, explanatory guides and the Queensland Capacity Assessment Guidelines 2020. The module also includes new steps to take when witnessing or certifying enduring documents.
