Special circumstances
Under section 3.3 of the Approval Standards, you may still qualify for re-accreditation if you have been unable to conduct 25 hours due to:
- lack of work opportunities
- health or career circumstances
- residence in a non-urban or culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community.
To apply under these special circumstances, you will need to:
- Provide satisfactory reasons why you have not conducted the required 25 hours.
- Have completed 10 hours of mediation, co-mediation or conciliation.
- Attend any supplementary training, coaching and/or assessment that the DRB considers necessary, in addition to your 25 continuing professional development (CPD) hours.
