There are over 25 adventure activities on offer at each location.
There is a range of onsite activities including:
- rock climbing walls
- high ropes course
- low ropes course
- cave system (Sunshine Coast only)
- abseiling tower (Gold Coast only)
- giant swing
- aerial adventures.
We also offer offsite options which make the most of our iconic coastal locations such as:
- canoeing
- kayaking
- surfing
- stand up paddle boarding
- body boarding.
Activities are inclusive and can be adapted for persons with disabilities. Our instructor-led activities are facilitated by our trained instructors to achieve specific outcomes or just for fun!
Our experienced program coordinators will design a program tailored to the needs of your group. Whether you're focusing on a particular outcome or targeting a specific age group, we will craft a comprehensive and engaging plan that aligns with your goals.
All of our Instructors are highly trained and hold formal qualifications which are delivered through the National Register of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and other peak industry bodies. Every activity is:
- conducted using high quality and maintained facilities and equipment
- facilitated in line with activity guidelines and Australian Adventure Activity Standards (AAAS)
- delivered with a comprehensive risk assessment.
Each activity addresses one or more of the following skills and aligns to the Sport Australia Physical Literacy Framework:
- Physical
- Psychological
- Social
- Cognitive.
Our instructor led activities can be experienced by:
- booking a camp with activities in the itinerary
- booking a day program with activities in the itinerary

Our activities are subject to availability across the Gold Coast Recreation Precinct and the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct.

Supervision
Parents or guardians must supervise children under 13 years of age for activities.
At least one adult supervisor is required for every 24 children for group bookings.
Our qualified instructors can supervise your children aged 5 years and over for our half or full day school holiday activities.
Casual use
A selection of our most popular activities are open to the public for casual use during programmed times. During weekends and school holidays, the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct and the Gold Coast Recreation Precinct often offer rock climbing and aerial adventure activities for members of the public to enjoy.
Medication
For the safety of staff and visitors, we have specific procedures regarding bringing medication on site. If you are attending our venue and need to bring medication, please contact us before you arrive, and we guide you through the process.
