My e-notices and e-reminders
You can sign up for our e-notice and e-reminder service to receive email notices and reminders for licensing, registration and vehicle services.
e-notices
When you sign up to receive your notices electronically, the following notices (if applicable) will be sent to you by email, instead of by postal mail:

1 Does not include notices for vehicles that are on a common due date or seasonal registrations
2 Does not include boat or inspectable vehicle overdue notices
3 Does not include certificates that are ordinarily sent with registration labels. If you require a certificate immediately you can attend your nearest transport and motoring service centre.
4 Drink driving education program notices are only sent if a course is required to be completed.
5Performance Period Restart notices are only sent if alcohol is detected on your interlock or a permanent lockout occurs (due to a missed scheduled service) within the Performance Period.
Alcohol Ignition Interlock Reminder Notices are not sent if the court conviction is recorded within 4 months of the driving disqualification end date.
e-reminders
When you opt in to receive reminders electronically, the following reminders (if applicable) will be sent to you by email:

6 Industry authorities include:
- Driver authorisation renewal reminder for:
- booked hire/taxi
- general
- Dangerous goods driver licence renewal reminder
- Driver trainer accreditation renewal reminder
- Driver/Rider trainer accreditation renewal reminder
- Pilot vehicle driver accreditation renewal reminder
- Escort vehicle driver accreditation renewal reminder
- Tow truck driver certificate renewal reminder
- Tow truck assistant certificate renewal reminder
- Traffic controller accreditation renewal reminder
7 Includes the interim industry authority that can be printed and used as evidence that you are authorised to perform the role until your industry authority card arrives in the mail.
8 Card includes your:
- Driver licence
- Marine licence
- Industry authority
- Photo identification card
Viewing your e-notice and e-reminder history
You can use My history to see a list of the e-notices and e-reminders we’ve sent you.
Once you’ve logged in, choose the e-notice and e-reminder history option from the list.
You can also view or email a copy of documents that were attached to e-notices that you received, such as registration renewal notices.
Not receiving your e-notices and e-reminders?
Find out reasons why an email may not reach you and the steps you can take to resolve them.
If we are notified that an e-notice could not be delivered (email bounced), we will:
- send a copy of the notice to your postal address
- send you an SMS to advise of the bounced email (if you have a valid mobile number recorded with us).
