Keeping Australia fed, clothed and housed is underpinned by a thriving agriculture sector. We need more great people to join the agriculture sector. You can work on a boat, in the paddock, drive a tractor or cane train, a packing shed, processing factory or laboratory, sell or service equipment, manufacture packaging… there’s something for everyone!
To find your ag job:
- Search Ag Jobs Queensland and search by commodity, postcode and position.
- Visit the regional farm job campaign sites and jobs sites, including:
- Fancy an outback adventure? Search the outback jobs board. The grazing and meat processing sectors are recruiting!
- Meat processing jobs are available across Queensland. Explore your options at Queensland Beef.
- The Queensland cotton industry has summer jobs and accommodation on offer now! Visit Cotton Australia’s jobs board.
- Fan of smashed avo? Want to spend some time at the source? Immerse yourself in the experience here and here and then explore the opportunities at Avocado Australia’s jobs board.
- Join the 2023 sugar cane harvest across Queensland. Visit CANEGROWERS for harvest jobs or work at one of our sugar mills, including Far Northern Milling in Mossman, MSF Sugar in Far North Queensland, Wilmar in North Queensland, Mackay Sugar.
- Permanent and casual aquaculture jobs are available across Queensland at companies including Tassal, Seafarms, Coral Coast Barramundi , Sunrise Seafoods, Mainstream Aquaculture Queensland and Australian Prawn Farms.
