Women in Technology

For 25 years, Women in Technology (WiT) has been unlocking the potential of women across all fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) through advocacy and by offering networking, professional development, mentoring and collaboration opportunities in a safe, supportive and inclusive community environment.

WiT is where women of all ages and career stages come together to share a common passion and to support other women in similar fields across STEM.

One member has shared her story about the benefits of joining WiT.

'I have attended WiT events over the past 12 months, and what I've noticed is the supportive environment where women encourage other women, connect other women, and champion other women.

'As a female founder, businesswoman and STEM advocate, I am a member of many other groups and associations, however I love the camaraderie of WiT.

'There is a deep sense of community that is genuine.

'I've been able to meet many peers and industry contacts who I continue to connect and collaborate with regularly since crossing paths at WiT.

'Thank you to WiT for consistently hosting inclusive and friendly events for women of all backgrounds, ages, and career stages to come together and celebrate the truly remarkable achievements of diverse women in STEM.

'It's events like these that help abolish gender inequality, inspire future leaders in STEM, and create new career pathways and opportunities for women across STEM.
