With a focus on male-dominated industries, as identified in a 2022 Queensland Training Ombudsman review, the campaign supports industries to drive cultural change from within, and to open up to diversity and the many benefits that inclusive, adaptive workforces offer.
At the same time, targeted information and advice is promoted for apprentices, trainees and their employers, so they know what to do and where to turn if they need support, with information and advice from our Apprenticeships Info service.
