Update your details or claim new expense from Victim Assist

You should let us know if your contact details, bank details or recovery needs change after you give them to us.

Contact details

We need to be able to contact you about your application.

Please contact us if you change your:

  • name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • address.

If you legally change your name, please provide a copy of your new identity document(s).

Bank details

You need to download the notification of banking details form, fill it in and return it to us.

We can only accept changes to bank details by using this form.

Recovery needs

If you need to add a new expense to an application you have already submitted, use our expenses form.

For example, if you thought you only needed a couple of sessions of counselling, but your counsellor is recommending you see a psychiatrist.
