Consultation on ticket resale information requirements
The Australian Government released a proposed information standard for ticket resales for public feedback.
The standard required ticket resale websites to disclose the face value of tickets and that they are not a primary ticket seller.
The new national information disclosure requirements aim to make it easier for consumers to be informed when buying event tickets.
