Make a complaint about government vehicles
We take road safety seriously—all drivers of Queensland Government vehicles must follow the:
- Queensland Road Rules
- Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service
- Use of Government Owned Motor Vehicles and Parking of Private Vehicles on Official Premises policy.
If you see a government vehicle being driven in a way that breaks any of these rules, you can complain to QFleet.
Information needed to make a complaint
We need as much information as possible to investigate and resolve your complaint.
Tell us:
- the registration number of the vehicle
- a description of the vehicle
- the date and time of the incident
- the location of the incident
- a brief description about what happened.
Also include:
- a basic description of the driver
- how many people were in the vehicle

When we receive your complaint, we will give you the contact details of the person who will investigate the incident and take appropriate action.
