All consultants who design and deliver facilities for the Department of Education (DoE) must ensure they comply with:
- the relevant Legislation, Regulations, Local Government Laws, and Australian Standards
- the National Construction Code
- all other policies, codes, standards, procedures, guidelines and specifications relevant to each project
