Tendering and procurement
Tendering
You should register on the QTenders website if you're a supplier and want to bid to supply goods and services to the department. When you register you will receive notifications of upcoming business opportunities.
The how to supply to government guide will help you to better understand how to bid for government business.
You may also like to market your products and services directly to schools through your preferred marketing method. School contact details are available by phoning 13 QGOV (13 74 68) or searching the schools directory.
The following associations might help you market your products to schools:
- School Business Managers' Association of Queensland
- P&Cs Queensland
- Queensland Association of State School Principals
You can also promote your business by utilising the department's payslip advertising (PDF, 444KB).
