Queensland community pharmacy chronic conditions management pilot

Queensland Health is helping to bring Queenslanders better access to primary healthcare services through the Community Pharmacy Chronic Conditions Management Pilot.

Pharmacists who have completed extra clinical training can offer consultations for the management of select chronic conditions.

Pilot services will be available at participating pharmacies until 30 June 2026.

How much does it cost?

Your consultation is not covered by Medicare. You will need to pay for the service and any associated costs.
