We will check the dates before contacting you to make payment to book your date and let you know what to do next.
You must submit your completed and signed Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) applicationplus proof of ID and any other documents to us. Bring these along to your interview appointment. If you can’t come to an interview appointment, you can tell us when completing the request below.
We must receive your NOIM and documents at least 1 month before your ceremony date, or your ceremony will not go ahead.
If you change your ceremony date more than once, you will need to pay an extra booking fee.
Contact us to cancelat least 1 month before your ceremony date, for a refund of the ceremony and certificate fees (if applicable).
The booking fee is not refunded.
The refund will go to the person who paid for the ceremony.
You will lose the full fee paid if:
you have not cancelled at least 1 month before the booked date
you don't show up for your ceremony.
