Report a cycling incident
Cyclists can report a cycling incident online if no one was hurt, otherwise the matter must be reported to your local police station in person.
You should phone Triple Zero (000) if a person is hurt, or in danger, or if a life is threatened.

You can use the hooning form to make a cyclist complaint online if you:
- have a current email address
- witnessed the incident.

You will be asked for details of the event and a description of the driver and the vehicle. You can also upload any photos if you have them.
Report it by phone or in person
Call Policelink on 131 444 or contact your local police station if you cannot report it online.
Drivers who break road safety laws could lose their licence and their vehicle.
