Hooning is dangerous driving that includes (but is not limited to) speeding, illegal street racing, burnouts, playing loud music from car stereos, marine hooning and drink driving.
Drivers who break road safety laws could lose their licence and their vehicle.

If it is happening now, phone Triple Zero (000) to report dangerous driving.
Online
Report a hoon online if no one was injured.
To use the online form you must have:
- a current email address
- witnessed the incident.
You will be asked for details of the event and a description of the driver and the vehicle. You can also upload any photos if you have them.
