How to offer a compliment or make a complaint about OFT

We’ll do our best to resolve your complaint, however we can only act in a way that complies with the laws we administer and our corporate policies.
We’ll explain your rights and how to take your complaint further if you’re unhappy with our response. This can include an external review.
