Register for dispute resolution training
New accreditation standards released
The Australian mediator and dispute resolution accreditation standards (AMDRAS) have replaced the National mediator accreditation system. We (Dispute Resolution Branch) are an approved recognised training provider under AMDRAS and have revised our courses to reflect the new standards and requirements.
Fill out this form to apply for any of the courses offered by the Dispute Resolution Branch.
Once submitted, you will be issued a receipt for your payment and we will email you within 2 business days to confirm your place in your selected course(s).

A concession price is available for full time students, pension card holders, and Jack Cranstoun scholarship applicants. Concession prices only apply for mediation courses of 3 days or more.
You will need to supply evidence to support your concession request, and these attachments must be less than 5MB.
Our fees and charges increase on 1 July each year. You can contact us to find out details about specific fees, charges or prices.
Privacy and consent statement
The Dispute Resolution Branch, Department of Justice is collecting your personal information, including:
- your name and contact information
- your dietary and reasonable adjustment requirements
- optionally, information about your employee status.
We are collecting your personal information to:
- register you for dispute resolution training and to contact you about this
- add you to our newsletter mailing list, if requested
- analyse our audience to improve our training promotions.
If the information requested is not provided, we may not be able to confirm your place at the training.
Your payment details will be provided to Smart Services Queensland and the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business to process your payment.
We will not give your personal information to anyone else or use your personal information for any other purpose unless we are authorised or required under an Australian law, or a court or tribunal order to do so. You can find our privacy policy on the Justice website.
