How to order personalised number plates

Alternately, you can order personalised plates by visit a transport and motoring customer service centre. If you live in a rural area, contact a QGAP office, Magistrates Court or local police station that provides vehicle registration services—please call to confirm before visiting and bring the following items:
- a completed personalised number plate/s application (F3908)
- evidence of identity—if personalised number plates are being ordered in 2 names both plate owners must sign the application, and both provide identification.
