Essential services hardship assistance grant
This grant supports people directly impacted by a disaster to meet their immediate needs where they have experienced loss of 1 or more essential services for more than 5 days.
Essential household contents grant
Financial assistance is available to help people in activated disaster areas who are uninsured or unable to claim insurance replace essential household contents.
Structural assistance grant
Financial assistance is available for people in activated disaster areas to help repair their homes and make them secure and safe to live in.
Essential services safety and reconnection scheme
Financial assistance for people in activated disaster areas to help reconnect essential services such as electricity, gas, water and/or sewerage/septic systems.
Resilient Homes Fund
The Resilient Homes Fund provides funding to support eligible homeowners in Queensland severely impacted by the 2021–22 rainfall and flooding events.
Transport and motoring assistance
Support for individuals and industry in activated disaster areas providing vehicle registration concessions and licensing assistance.
