Replace your crowd controller licence

You can apply for a replacement crowd controller licence if yours is lost, stolen or destroyed.

You can either apply online—select Fair Trading Request Form—or contact us in writing as soon as possible.

You need to tell us:

• your name
• your address
• the type of licence
• the licence number (if you know it)
• the reason you need a replacement licence.

Fees apply. The fee depends on the type of licence you hold.

It will take around 2 weeks to get your replacement licence. While you're waiting, keep a copy of your application or letter and the payment receipt as proof that you're licensed.

Fees

The fees to replace a crowd controller licence are:

• $37.20 for 1 licence class
• $53.05 for 2 or more classes

The fee to request a licence extract is:

• $21.35
