About concessional registration
There are a range of concessions available that can reduce the cost of registering a vehicle or boat in Queensland for eligible applicants. When applying, you will need to provide evidence that you qualify for that concession.
If you are no longer eligible for a concession, you must notify the Department of Transport and Main Roads in writing within 14 days of becoming ineligible.
Some concessions require additional forms to be completed—check the specific concession you want to apply for.
