Vehicles used solely to cross roads within an agricultural or mining property
This concession is available for a vehicle where at least 1 of the registered operators is the sole or joint owner of an agricultural or mining property, and the vehicle is used solely to cross roads within the property (that need to be crossed to operate the property or perform the mining).

Vehicles used solely to travel between 2 agricultural properties, or 2 mining properties, directly across the road from each other
This concession is available for a vehicle where at least 1 of the registered operators is the sole or joint owner of an agricultural property or a property solely or partly used for mining. It enables the vehicle to be used solely to cross between 2 agricultural or 2 mining properties facing each other, and travel along the road for no more than 2km between the 2 properties.

Vehicles used solely for fencing of primary producer’s property
This concession is available for a vehicle where at least 1 of the registered operators is the sole or joint owner of a property used for carrying on the registered operator’s business as a primary producer, and the vehicle is used on a road solely to travel on roads within the property, or on the property frontage to build, maintain, or remove the property's fences.

Vehicles built for mineral, water or oil exploration

This concession is available for vehicles based in Queensland that are used solely as a mobile workshop to carry on the business of beekeeping. These vehicles cannot be easily converted into ordinary goods vehicles.

For beekeepers without a mobile workshop, the primary producer concession may be more applicable.
Vehicles used by bona fide prospectors (not miners)
This concession is available for vehicles based in Queensland that are used solely for carrying on the business of prospecting. They must operate solely in those areas listed under schedule 6 of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021. These vehicles cannot be easily converted into ordinary goods vehicles.
