Service
The Service section of the Bridge Award helps you to develop a sense of community by helping others or learning about organisations that serve the community.
Depending on the service you choose, you may have to complete some training. This can range from a simple briefing session through to a specialised training course.
Requirements
- Choose a service that reflects your interests, talents and capabilities.
- Choose something that challenges you and builds on previous experiences.
- Discuss your activity ideas with your Award Leader before you start, to make sure they will be accepted.
- Make sure your service activity is unpaid.
