Queensland Ambulance Service
The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) provides timely and quality emergency and non-emergency services to meet the needs of the community through a network of ambulance response locations across the state.
QAS supports the needs of the community by providing pre-hospital ambulance response services, emergency and routine pre-hospital patient care and transport services, coordination of aeromedical services, interfacility ambulance transport, planning and coordination of multi-casualty incidents and disasters and casualty room services.

- Queensland Residents who receive an interstate ambulance invoice
- Visitors to Queensland who receive Queensland ambulance services
Ambulance phone numbers
- In an emergency, call Triple Zero (000) and ask for 'ambulance'.
- If it's not an emergency, call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) to get health advice over the phone.
