Historical Information
The Reef protection regulations were designed to deliver against actions for regulated minimum practice standards in the Reef 2050 Water Quality Improvement Plan. To develop the regulations, the Queensland Government released a Consultation Regulatory Impact Statement and a Decision Regulatory Impact Statement.
