Use the change of address form to update your personal, residential or postal address. This applies to:
If you're a tattoo licensee, you can only use the change of address form to update your residential postal address. You'll need to submit a tattoo industry change in particulars form to change your place of business or staff (i.e. remove or appoint tattoo artists).

This form doesn't apply to tattoo licensees or second-hand dealers or pawnbrokers. These licensees should submit an application for a new authorised place or associate.
Door-to-door salespeople and telemarketers must give customers an unsolicited consumer agreement termination notice before entering into a consumer agreement with them. This notice allows the customer to cancel their purchase within the cooling-off period.

If you operate a warehouse, complete a notice of storage liens form and give it to the owner of the goods—or the party with interest in the goods—you're storing. This informs them that the goods will be used as security for payment of storage charges.
Don't give this form to the person who deposited the goods with you for storage, e.g. a removalist (unless they're the owner of the goods or a party with interest in the goods).
