For Rockhampton Regional local government area (LGA), the revaluation included 34,744 properties, with a total value of $6,617,876,661, an overall increase of 36% since the last revaluation issued in 2022.
Property market changes within the Rockhampton Regional LGA are being driven by:
- major infrastructure projects, including upgrades to the Rockhampton Ring Road, water infrastructure and Rockhampton Airport
- expansion of the Shoalwater Bay Training Area
- renewable energy projects such as the Clarke Creek Wind Farm and Moah Creek solar plant
- interstate buyers and investment
- housing development and supply chain issues.

Explanatory notes

- Multi-unit residential land recorded varying minor to moderate increases in line with the residential market.
